Where to donate?
If I wanted to donate a few hundred euros which organisation(s) would provide the most benefits for ukrainians? Mostly thinking about humanitarian aid but I'm fine with donations to military causes as well.

I donate directly there, having as few middlemen as possible seems like a good idea, and you can decide on that website what your donation should be prioritized towards
I donate there too. Right now if you donate 24$ you can win a lego set.
u24 is a good resource, IIRC Drones For Ukraine was legit, as well.
afaik donations outside the EU are never tax deductible. Do you know any organization being tax deductible which funnels money to Ukraine donations?
