There are effective vaccines for all three. Apparently not enough people are getting them.
The RSV one is not easy to get still. The other two are though.
The RSV vaccine is for people 60 and over or infants, and for people without insurance the covid vaccine is $120 and the flu vaccine is also expensive, around $30 to $70 depending on which type. A family might wind up spending hundreds to get vaccinated (definitely cheaper than getting sick though.)

Yes RSV access is limited. Everyone with ACA compliant health insurance can get flu and covid vaccines at no cost.
yeah that's weird. Anyway, the vaccine 'list price' only matters if you don't have private health insurance, medicare, or medicaid. For most of the population these vaccines are at no cost to the individual.
