Still trying to find a way to install Rockbox on an iPod without using Windows. Any ideas?
They also have automatic installers for Linux and MacOS
Tried today, but it still requires a FAT32 formatted iPod. Not getting there without a Windows computer..
Maybe try a Windows VM with USB passtrough

No problem :) I did my iPod 5th gen today and it's so easy! No more iTunes BS.
I still manage my library in apple music, so I do not mind. But my iPods are nodded and sometimes syncing does not work, as the Mac or Music app do not remember the iPod. Syncing more than 180 GB then takes forever at USB 2.0 speeds..
