This is a big development. Would be great to add more residential downtown.
The 49-story office tower will be converted into 385 apartments with amenity spaces on floors 45 and 46, according to the award announcement.

Let’s go, hopefully it can be finished in a couple years
Yeah that would be great. Would definitely impact other downtown development having that many new residents. Finally back to a living core.
