9&10 News reached out to the owner, Christine Geiger, who said she has no problem with the LGB part, it’s the TQ+ that she doesn’t support. Gieger said she is taking a stand against being forced to use preferred pronouns, such as: they/them, he/him and she/her.
Wow, so brave. They didn’t even spell the idiot politician’s name right. I doubt there will be some sort of backlash or loss of business—it’s TC after all.
Their Facebook page has been taken down so I'm guessing there may have been some unanticipated consequences.
