Chopped up hot dogs in ramen, it'll keep you going longer. Change the ramen flavors when you can. And a pro tip; poach an egg in the ramen while it's boiling. It doesn't have to be perfect but adds a lot. I've been there many times, and I hope you get through whatever you're facing <3
You can also crack an egg in there last moment and mix it real good like an egg drop soup
