I hate my bank do much! I have been (imo) a good customer over the past 20 years. Always pay everything on time. Never go under "-". Bring in good paycheck. Have a mortgage.
They treat me like literal shit. Don't return my calls or respond to my messages.I wish I had the will power and bureaucratic abilities to leave, but I know I would end up losing my house or going bankrupt somehow from this shit.
Absolutely awful.
You would be a much better customer if they could charge you extra for making unwise financial decisions
