It is Carmageddon!
But it's Carmageddon 3 (that car is Eagle MK4), I only played the first two.
Doesn't look like it, but now I'm curious as to what it is. I don't think it's a Twisted Metal variant either.
It's Carmageddon. "What a punt" is an easy way to tell.
