It looks less like he was criticised for laying off 90% of his support staff as much as not pretending to care about them afterwards.
Except on LinkedIn where he feels it would bring him an advantage. What a sociopath, which is not altogether surprising from an "enterprise e-commerce" SaaS CEO.
