Might be a little posturing. But "footballistically" it makes sense, we needed a big player to replace Partey.
If we manage to make around 100-150m from sales, why not bid for Tchouameni?
Imo we should sell him asap, the case is still hang over his head and it could impact his performance even if he's cleared (Bissouma is a good example)
