Like...officially? Because there have been plenty of intercepted communications in Polish and mysterious coffins returning to certain NATO countries.
Yeah, there's a lot of covert involvement that even western media is covering, but this would be explicit boots on the ground. Although, worth noting that pretty much all the countries have now backed out of this idea.
