This is inspired by the reddit community r/52weeksofbaking. I asked for the mods' blessing to copy the sub on lemmy and never received a response. Since I've been a prolific contributor for over 3 years and I even proposed several of the challenges for 2023, I don't mind just copying out the rest of this years challenges. For 2024 we can come up with our own list.
Edit: I have since received a response from the mods, and it was as gracious and generous as I could have hoped for. They gave their blessing and posted a link to this community on reddit.
Thanks so much for doing this! I just found the Reddit community a couple of weeks before the exodus and really enjoyed looking at all the beautiful creations and taking inspiration.
I hope I can contribute to the community as soon as my kitchen situation improves. If I get to a challenge late, would I still be able to post it or are submissions only accepted during that challenge's week?
