Hell yeah. Bring on the Pretenders, Breeders, Alanis, Mazzy Star, Liz Phair…
- Tool, Deftones, The Offspring, nine inch nails, Korn, Rage Against the Machine, KMFDM...
  
  None of the bands in the article sound like those bands. It's more like Bright Eyes and soft fuzz.
  
  But I'm down with a new generation of rock.
  
  Yeah, seems like the writer was mainly focusing on the visual aesthetics (especially in their videos) rather than the music itself.
