alright, fair enough. sounds like a pretty serious issue then, should probably replace the phone. im currently using a pixel 6a and have had no complaints

I got my 7 pro from AT&T and the only stuff it had on it that was unwanted were features from google I don't use.

Not sure if it maybe depends on region or provider? Mine was also pretty clean when I got it.
