Hi, are prometheus metrics enabled by default in the backend code or someone needs to compile by himself a build with the right flags to enable it?

A couple weeks ago there was a pull request to make it default, https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/3743
But i don't think it's in now.
He canceled the PR for personal reasons. I don't know why it is not enabled by default. Most people will use prebuilt images 🤔
