Just a heads up, the ?si=... part of the youtube url is a tracker linked to you and your youtube history. Youtube will recommend people who click your link other things you watch. The ? and everything afterward can be safely removed and the link will still work.
If they do, that video certainly didn't explain why. Just one brief mention that an air fryer sucks instead of blows air without any explanation about how that gets a different result. Instead he spends a couple minutes trying to sell his steak thermometer in the middle of a French fry recipe. He doesn't actually start the recipe until almost 4 minutes into a 10 minute video.
TLDR: This video is just spam and doesn't explain shit.
He literally cut one in half and showed how the air flowed and explained why it was different and more akin to deep frying. Maybe watch a video next time before critiquing it.
