YouTube: Google has found a way to break Invidious
A change on YouTube appears to have broken video playback on Invidious, Piped, and other YouTube frontends.

Not sure if it's related, but my youtube revanced installation was also not working. I had to repatch again using the most recent patch.
14 0 ReplySame, except it hasn't worked since. I'll get like 30 seconds in and it'll buffer indefinitely
2 0 ReplyI force closed the app from settings and then that went away. I didn't mess with anything else.
6 0 ReplySame here, I was getting frustrated thinking, I had to root my phone or smth. and then a simple force close helped.

Did you install their new version of MicroG?
If you did, you have to turn off "Google Device Registration" in the MicroG settings to stop it from buffering indefinitely.
6 1 ReplyThis was happening to me until I repatched and reinstalled the app. I didn't change anything between installs so I'm not sure what happened.
