That's silly. You don't need 700 rats to drive, just 4: a sighter, a shifter, gas pedal operator, and brake pedal operator.
The other 696 are running on wheels to power the engine.
I hope they are being fairly compensated for their labor. Otherwise, I cannot support this technology
