The gist is that the player's union contract runs through 2030 and the TV contract through 2033. Along with that, the current offer by the Bengals has taxpayers on the hook for 86% of the costs vs. 14% put in by the team. That was also for just a five year lease as of the email dated August 8, 2023.
It most definitely looks like the Bengals are looking to fleece the county yet again despite being worth 4 billion dollars.
