America didn't need to spend $320 million dollars to build this pier. and doesn't need to use it's army to ferry food on boats.. They could simply require Israel allow the miles of trucks at the borders to enter in exchange for all the free bombs and military supplies.
Stopping the supply of free bombs to the IDF might help too!
I'm sure it's that simple
