How did you get the penis? What did you use? It's ridiculously hard to get ai to draw fem penis. Other than that one boring cartoon one, the only civitai models to help with fem penis use some obscure type of model plugin that isn't compatible with really anything.
You can use inpainting to trick it into drawing a dick but it takes around 100 or more passes to get anything half decent with that method.
