This is a good time to port NewPipe or LibreTube to Linux and Windows. Until it's not too late.

  It has its own way of scraping YouTube and is using Invidious
  
  You can also look into Piped
- If you mean having the apps in Windows. Then if you are running Windows 11 you can install APKs natively. So youtube revanced would be a good shout. If your on an older version of Windows, there is Bluestaks Android emulator.
