This is the most entertaining listing I’ve ever seen and I cannot get over the drinking water situation. Like am I reading this right? From the listing: “ *Please note, the water is not potable and should not be drank or consumed.” and bird’s response about bottles water. lol yeah sign me up!

This heat wave should really crank up the algae blooms big time. I'm also assuming they must be on a well and they haven't checked the water yet? Sheesh, amateurs (at life).
I don’t believe they haven’t tested the water. I think it failed the test. Why not install a cooler system with water delivery? I wouldn’t want to schlep my drinking water when I’m paying $650/night

Or even a reverse-osmosis system. That’s what many cottagers have on my lake (which is sadly near hers).

I’m on TT getting hot tub warnings all of a sudden 🤣. When the guests are done swimming in the algae lake they can take their chances in the hot tub.
