Sexing companions in CRPGs isn't actually that old. The oldest one with any kind of sex I can recall is Fallout 2. And they're both basically joke scenes (you can get an std as a porn actor and be a submissive to a super mutant). But actually getting with companions started with KOTOR or Mass Effect 2 or around that time, anyway.
