Ive been using Switch for years without a screen protector and never needed that, However im a newly deck owner (512 version) and I love it more than anything ive ever bought.
I cracked a phone screen or two in my life, but I don't think its comparable since its smaller, slips easily and being pulled on and off more, but when I handle the deck is with a lot more care.
Since the rise of the NSFW broken screens in this sub, should I put a screen protector? will it hinder the the viewing experience in any way? even if its not by breaking, but by finger smudges which I already obsessively clean.
what should I do???
thanks in advance
I have a 512 and don't use a screen protector. When I'm not using it, it goes back in the case.
I have seen in various places that putting a screen protector on the 512 hurts the quality because it's already an antiglare screen, and unless you specifically get an antiglare screen protector that you lose that feature.
Though I can't confirm, that does make sense.
