We should have a counter on our profiles that says how many times we've been called a Chinese or Russian bot.
Most recently while posting on my lemmy account I was called this, by a Trump fan, because I mentioned Biden deporting more people than Trump, therefore I was a Russian trying to get Biden elected?? That was a new twist on it

A few times, there's no real coherence or thought behind it, it's just a way to disengage from any points being made by attempting to discredit the source of those points, which ultimately doesn't make a difference on the quality of the points.
There are a few dedicated people on the broader Lemmy communities that are so thoroughly devoid of any and all theory yet somehow love Marx and hate Marxists. Lenin was right, Marx has been de-edged in the public space, sanitized and vulgarized.
