This is quite well written and exhaustive.
The author is Elsa Lam -- The editor of the Canadian Architect magazine, PhD, Fellow with the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, Honorary member of the Ontario Association of Architects. She knows her stuff!
The only thing that's actually exhaustive here is Dougie's pathetic and blatantly corrupt attempts to screw Ontarians and deprive them of a valuable public good for the sake of pleasing his developer buddies.
