I've been trying to find an Assamese movie called Ishu for years, but no luck so far.
I checked and this seemed to do well critically in India. It may have found difficulty finding distribution. You may be able to message the production company or director directly and ask for a copy, or at the very least a screener. I have found success with this in the past.
