Guys, I had a brainwave. I have leftover roast lamb so I'm gonna make roast lamb banh mis using long tiger rolls for tea. It's gonna be awesome.

Nah because I had mint jelly last night. I'm thinking traditional with Kewpie and Maggi seasoning and maybe a few splashes of hot sauce.
This stuff is fantastic on lamb rolls
with home made chunky tomato sauce and yoghurt 🤤
