U.S. Court Orders LibGen to Pay $30m to Publishers, Issues Broad Injunction.
A New York federal court has ordered the operators of shadow library LibGen to pay $30 million in damages and issued a broad injunction.

Is Libgen even an entity? What constitutes "Libgen"? I think there might be a way to make this claim invalid by a round-about shrug: "what's libgen"?
