Yes. And if he’s able to fire everyone he’s running it. I agree he’s unable to do it well, but there it is.

Plus he doesn't even own the US space program, that's NASA
While true, NASA is currently quite dependant on SpaceX (although shotwell is doing more of the running than musk is, luckily)
