This is an odd 90's anime about a gunsmith living in Chicago who bounty hunts on the side, along with her explosive obsessed partner.
The dub is pretty solid, and the action scenes are quite excellent. Due to the gunsmithing aspect, there's a particular focus on accurately modelling the weapons shown, and apparently all the animators were given airsoft replicas of the guns along with a bunch of gun magazines to ensure they were getting the details right, which makes this a favorite among gun nuts.
It does a good job of capturing the vibe of mid-90's Chicago with the soundtrack and visuals, reminiscent of the Cowboy Bebop movie opening. The animators flew out to Chicago to make sure they captured some authenticity.
This 'movie' is technically 3 separate OVA's combined into one video, but they all interconnect, so I think it gets a pass.
