I bought the pixel buds which I had to RMA twice within a year due to the buds refusing to hold a charge. When the 3rd pair inevitably failed within a few months and I contacted support they told me to go pound sand pretty much. "Here's a $30 voucher for use in our store!" 😑
Super happy I spent the $180 on them if it's not apparent🙄
Sadly not. All were brand new in box.
I used them a few times a week and I'm generally really easy on my electronic devices because I'm poor and need them to last a long time lol
It was something I had saved up for all year as a birthday present to myself so it felt like a huge slap in the face. I'm still salty about it
