Something is seriously wrong with that steak, was it frozen when you started cooking it? Did you just chuck it in the pan and then turn on the heat? Is it microwaves? I would say it's over cooked based on the inside but then there should be some caramelisation on the outside.
It was cooked too long if that's the case, also how many of these abominations is this person making, also what maniac doesn't sear a steak after slicing it off a slow cooked fillet?
