How do you guys endure the hunger pains while losing weight? I was told to eat more protein, but what kind of protein tricks my brain into feeling full longer that has low calories?
Organic Kefir yogurt drink.
It does have calories, so don't drink a ton, but a single 8oz glass, with a glass of water, stopped stomach pains until I was used to not eating so much, it did slow weight loss, but only a very little, and it made it livable for stomach pain.
I dropped from 230ish to 180ish(fluctuates based on a few factors). You can do a glass of keifer with a slab of beef jerky and feel great.
it works for me. At least 2 nights a week, to compensate for what i ate for lunch, i eat only a small portion of a nut mix. With 2 apples for volume and pleasure
i don't think that a stomach full of different varieties of raw nuts is healthy. Half of those nuts is fat, if i'm not mistaken
Peanut butter with whole wheat bread makes me feel full, but that packs tons of calories. So, yeah stuff makes me feel full, but they also have a lot of calories.
I used to track them yeah, but I stopped because it became too tedious to do so. So I just want to eye ball it, by which I mean to figure out a diet with foods that work for me
