Will order a review of prosecutions but won't do the fare reform we need and allows above inflationary increases to cost
Just ban them, and let people buy/upgrade tickets on the train. Oh wait, that will mean train companies will have to employ ticket inspectors...
- How would a prosecution occur if there's no inspectors? They haven't got BTP checking tickets now have they?
