Why is this posted here of all places? The stop-sale is just temporary and I am sure will get resolved sooner rather than later.
It wasn’t specifically posted here. It was posted to Electrek, and we’re reading it here in a hacky RSS format.
It’s also why we get redundant posts, as the same story is echoed on the other Ev themed news sites.
Huh. I’m really not a motorcycle person, but I find this interesting.
This temporary and because of a fault in the fuel system on the combustion engines on the bikes, rather than anything more grand.
Wonder how long this is going to last and what changes BMW are going to need to make to resolve this.
The electric bike they are keeping feels like it was built for photos and not for actual, real human asses. The seat seems horrifically uncomfortable.
I'm looking forward to the day when manufacturers realize they don't need to sell something that looks like a spaceship to convince the public to buy EVs... You can just sell a normal car or bike or whatever that happens to have an electric motor..
