Oh its US based. Still surprising how high that is.
When they say "own" they include foreign investors who own vacant apartment buildings playing real world monopoly and driving up our costs of living.
Also "own" here doesn't mean people have paid off their homes. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeownership_in_the_United_States
