As an Englishman, I had no idea what the problem was. I used Google (an internet search-engine) to figure out what the post was about.
These rifles typically have the magazines loaded in the back by the stock. This is called a bullpup design. The advantages of this are to have a shorter rifle end to end while maintaining the same length barrel.
That's what I was able to ascertain, I'm guessing it's about accuracy in a smaller gun?
