Google is retiring its Gmail Basic HTML view in January 2024

Time to get those email forwarders working

Typical Google, but I guess people barely used it. I used it during my time in the navy. We only had 64k satellite for private mail at sea.

The HTML view help so much when I was in areas with very slow internet. I used it rarely, but none the less, it was nice to be able to count on that if needed. Not anymore, shame.

I use it on my netbook, which is absolutely dirt slow. Shame :c
