Basically when I click on a reply in my inbox it opens the post. Where as I think it should also „scroll“ to the comment within that post. It’s sometimes painful to find the full context in a bigger comment section.

It's on the way! That feature is currently being tested in the beta, and will definitely be out in the next App Store release.
If you're on the beta and it's not working, please let me know so I can open a bug fix issue.

It’s working for me but hard to catch that it is the comment at the top, it would be easier if the comment would also get highlighted with a colour or open in “single comment mode” with a button to show “all comments” like on reddit apps/Apollo.

OT: Have you seen the new Narwhal 2 (Reddit) app? If not, it’s worth it to take a look. Its customization abilities are incredible for an app.
