USEFUL TIP with .WEBP files
For some reason on Windows you can't directly change .WEBP to PNG or JPG like you can with other formats, so instead open it in MSPaint then save as .PNG.
no idea why you have to do that, but it works

This is useful to less than a quarter of people here, I reckon
ffmpeg can convert them too, tho

How do you do it easily with other formats?

Which is ironic since pict.rs immediate converts any other format to webp successfully
