there seem to be a few. just now scrolling through local new I found a Colombian community and one in a language that I don't recognize.

It's mostly english with some exceptions. Is there a particular language you're looking for?

Make sure your accounts language settings are configured as you want it. It can hide languages you don't select, though most content is listed as undetermined.
