It was a minor annoyance at worst. But it was annoying in that it revealed the clear enshitification occurring. You should put a disc in and the game should work. That's video game history.
- Can I confirm whether this outage was affecting downloaded singleplayer games? I didn’t think that would be the case.
  
  Yes it did affect digital singleplayer games
  
  I've been playing a lot of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on PS5 the past few days, and couldn't even tell there was an outage.
  
  For what it's worth I was able to play Farm Together the whole time, it has a dedicated offline mode, that's the only game I've played in ages but I've played the GoW games without internet plenty so I imagine that would have been fine too
