Anyone know of an anti-American forum or discussion group? I mean, one in English, not one based in Iran or some such place.

You're getting downvoted here because most lemmy.ca members don't agree with that vibe, and those servers are blocked to us (so you'll have to make an account there or on a linked instance). But I personally am happy that there is a place potentially suitable for you on the Fediverse.
