Microsoft begins turning off uBlock Origin and other extensions in Edge
Microsoft is now in the process of turning off Manifest V2-based extensions in Edge, such as uBlock Origin. However, not everything is lost at this point.
Cool. Good thing I don't use Microsoft products I guess.
FWIW, uBO Lite set to complete is still quite effective.
God damn it....now what? Firefox works like shit on YouTube.
You might want to use an Invidious instance, which hasn't been blocked by Google (typically smaller instances) or a dedicated YouTube application, like FreeTube.
It's the YouTube webpage that's coded like absolute fucking garbage and to only work on Chrome. The watching-videos part works just fine on Firefox.
I've always had problems with video playback with Firefox. With that being said I'll check out free tube
Brave Browser has been solid.
