I'd like to give PicoTorrent a shout-out on Windows. Small, lightweight, and open source.
Indeed, this is the one I'm also using on Windows. I only need it to download torrents and add labels to them. That's all I need, so a client like qBitTorrent is 99% bloatware to me.
On Linux, I just use "Fragments". It's extremely basic, but it's minimalist and dead easy to use, and it's a flatpak.
