- Hahahaha You did better than I did!
- It's not really an acronym, just an abbreviation. "Coronavirus disease" is only two words. You could write CoviD I guess, but that looks dumb.
  I'd think that it isn't a proper noun and shouldn't be capitalized at all, but maybe that's why they're the professionals and I'm just some guy on the internet.

- It’s one of those things where it has become a word in and of itself because so many people use it that way
IRL though, the people who say "do your own research" are actually less likely to do their own research.
- "Do your own research" is just code for "I don't have a valid source and I don't feel like looking for one so you do it."
- Damn straight. I was attracted to the ideas of the Skeptic community when I was a teen. And as this all unraveled and better, more informative, and equally entertaining leftists got me hooked - I've learned to patch up these bad behaviors. Now if I want to make a point, I'll link to a source that echoes that point. Now I can still be wrong, but if I am then the person I'm arguing with has a chance to challenge the rhetoric that has convinced me.

  Yall are all downvoting him as if the science did not come out clearly showing the Johnson and Johnson vaccine was causing heart issues for women above 50. Its OK to be critical of facts. Ignoring them makes you damn near as bad as red hats
