For reference: 200.000 is the target size of the German army. The Netherlands have a population of 18.000.000, so the standing army is supposed become 1.1% of the population.

The dutch target size corresponds to about the same size as the Russian army relative to its population size. (1.5 Million active for 146 Million population)
