I was curious so I did a little bit of research(as in duckduckgo was useless so I asked chatgpt). While stomach acid loses its acidity fairly quickly after death how quickly it happens depends on various environmental factors.
Regardless, popcorn kernels apparently pop between 175-200°C(400F). But bodies are cremated between 760-982°C(1400-1800F). So depending on how quickly those temperatures are reached it's probably more likely that any remaining kernels would just burn.
There's a chance though. We need some practical experiments.
ADAM: I underestimated this. I think we should go 1 pound. 10 pounds? 20??
JAMIE: 20 pounds of kernels is like half a 5 gallon bucket. You wanna fill a body cavity, you're gonna need 70, 80, 90 pounds.
I've heard it said Rudy always looks like he just accidentally sat on his balls and ever since I can't help but see how accurate of a description that is
Also, swallow a random stainless steel object -- like a machined pawn from a fancy chess set or something. Just to fuck with the coroner. If the coroner misses it, it'll show up in the ask pile..
